Ways to get support from RockIT

With the installation of our new helpdesk we aim to provide a much more efficient service to Rock staff across all campuses. In order for this to be a success we ask for your help. We've made it really easy to submit a ticket through numerous means. 

Creating a helpdesk ticket helps us help the whole team more efficiently and effectively. Gone are the days of you generating a support request and it simply being ignored, this system along with our IT team will keep us more accountable to serving you properly and being better stewards with our resources.

That being said below are the following ways you can get support from RockIT.

 

  1. EMAIL - You can now simply email your request to HELP@SDROCK.COM - Please be sure to use a descriptive subject line (a summary of your problem) and in the body of the email describe in as much detail as possible your request for help.
  2. WEB - You're already here... sdrock.zendesk.com is our new support portal, per the email request, simply be as descriptive as possible in the main body of the support request to enable us to help you better.
  3. sdrock.com/backdoor - You can visit the sdrock.com/backdoor and submit a help ticket. On the left hand side of the page you will see I.T. and just below it is a hyperlink that says Submit Tech Request, click the link and follow instructions and please be as detailed with your I.T. issue as possible including your location/Cube/Classroom and we will be with you as soon as possible.
For emergencies that simply can't wait come see us in person or call but the above 2 will be the fastest and best way to serve you moving forward.
 
Remember, our door is ALWAYS open, this new support channel does NOT mean we don't want to see you anymore so please do pop in and see us!
